About Me
I am a Montana native who enjoys my line of work and has a passion for always continuing to learn and grow. My empathy and warmth helps create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and work through things.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.
I received my Master’s in School Counseling and Mental Health and Rehabilitation. I am informed and up to date on all LGBT+ changes and commonly use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a person centered approach.
My experience with intensive and outpatient level services for clients and their families battling addiction and additional co-occurring disorders separates me from the rest. My passion lies with children, teens, adults and families.
My clinical vision is to ensure that my office atmosphere is a safe place for clients and their families. I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, addiction and relational problems.
My goal is for you to feel valued and understood in our sessions, as well as when you leave.
